摘要
目的：探讨中医活血化瘀结合西医治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效.方法：将38例活动性类风湿性关节炎病人随机分为两组,治疗组口服非甾体类抗炎和MTX,静脉滴注复方丹参注射液并口服非甾体类抗炎药和MTX,对照组口服活血化瘀中药.观察各组病人治疗后的症状体征缓解状况.结果：治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为15.8%和5.3%,P＜0.05,总体有效率分别为89.5%和68.4%,P＜0.05,差别有统计学意义.结论：类风湿性关节炎的中西医结合治组疗效果好于对照组.
Objective： To investigate the effect of treating rheumatoid arthritis in the integrative medicine. Method： 38 cases of active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and MTX, intravenous infusion of compound Danshen injection and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and MTX, the control group was treated with TCM. Patients were observed after treatment remission status of symptoms and signs. Results： The treatment group and control group cure rates were respectively 15.8% and 5.3%, P〈0.05, the tatal effective rates were respectively 89.5% and 68.4%, P〈0.05, the difference were statistically significant. Conclusion： The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.
