摘要
论述了奥氏体不锈钢渗硼的特点;研究了1cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢粉末法渗硼工艺。试验表明,要在不锈钢表面获得完整的渗硼层,关键在于去除不锈钢表面的钝化膜以及控制渗硼剂的活性。现已将不锈钢渗硼工艺成功地用于工业生产,取得了显著的经济效益。
This paper deals with the features of boriding process of austenitic stainless steel ,and the powder boriding process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steels was studied. The test indicates that to obtain the complete borided layer on the surface of stainless steel the key is to remove the passivated film on the steel and control the activity of boriding agent. Boriding process of stainless steel has been used successfully in industrial production.
