摘要
运用微波技术辅助,从石榴皮中提取单宁。通过正交实验,考察微波输出功率,皮的粒度,浸提时间,浸提温度等4个因素对提取率的影响。以优化的微波辅助浸提法为实验组,以水提法,乙醇提取法为对照组进行平行实验。结果表明:微波辅助提取法明显优于水提法和乙醇提法。最优的实验条件为:微波输出功率500 W,皮粒径80目,浸提时间30 min,浸提温度60℃。单宁得率可达27.63%。
The use of microwave-assisted technology extract tannin from the pomegranate skin. The four factors of effection extraction rate: microwave power output, partical size, time and temperature were studied with orthogonal experiment. Parallel experiments were carried by the optimal microwave-assistied, compared with water-extraction and ethanol-extraction. The result shows: microwave-assistied is superior to waterextraction and ethanol-extraction. Microwave output is 500 W, partical size is 80 mesh, 30 min, 60 ℃ are the best condition, the yield of tannin is 17.63%.
