摘要
自Roberts发现儿茶素氧化产物茶黄素以来,人们对茶儿茶素氧化聚合物的研究已取得一系列可喜进展。就国内外关于茶儿茶素氧化聚合物的研究作一综述,包括儿茶素氧化聚合物的生物活性,提取制备及其分离纯化的方法,旨在为儿茶素氧化聚合物的研究提供新的思路。
Since Roberts discoveried theaflavins, people have already made a series of encouraging progress to tea catechins oxypolymers. This article does the survey and summary about domestic and international research of tea catechins oxypolymers, including its biological activities, the method of its extraction, preparation, separation and purification, for the purpose of providing a new way for tea catechins oxypolymers research.
