摘要
文章首先构建了沿海地区海洋产业发展的综合评价指标体系,运用因子分析对沿海地区海洋产业竞争力进行了评估。在此基础上,利用集中度和均衡度分析,从产业和区域两个角度进行测算,分析了全国的海洋产业布局情况,为调整海洋产业结构及优化产业布局提供政策建议。
This paper constitutes a comprehensive evaluation index system of marine industrial development, and takes factor analysis to evaluate the competitive of marine industry. Based on former study, from the point of industry and areas, this paper uses concentration analysis and balanced analysis to survey and analyze the layout of the country＇s marine industry. Finally, this paper put forwards some policy recommendations for adjusting and optimizing marine industry.
