摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国海洋经济发展取得了显著成就,但是在海洋产业布局方面尚存在一些问题:海洋产业布局宏观指导不够有力;海洋产业空间分布不够合理;海洋产业结构不够优化;海洋资源消耗和环境压力加大。为了优化我国海洋产业布局,必须密切协调与合作,强化海洋产业布局宏观指导;必须加快海洋经济落后地区发展,促进海洋产业空间分布合理;必须以科技进步为动力,进一步调整海洋产业结构;必须转变经济增长方式,实现海洋产业可持续发展。
China＇s marine economy has achieved remarkable development after entry into 21st Century, but some problems still exist in marine industrial distribution, including insufficient macro-direction of marine industrial distribution, unreasonable space distribution of marine industry, imperfect marine industrial structure, and increased marine resource consumption and environment pressure. In order to optimize China＇s marine industrial distribution, coordination and eooperalion must be made to strengthen the macro-direction of marine industrial distribution, accelerate the marine economy development in backward areas, and formulate reasonable space distribution of marine industry; marine industrial structure must be further adjusted with scientific and technological advance as the motive power; and economic growth pattern must be transformed to realize sustainable development of marine industry.
