摘要
目的：探讨黄芪注射液治疗银屑病的机制。方法：对20例进行期寻常型银屑病患者应用黄芪注射液治疗，10名健康志愿者作为正常对照组，分离外周血淋巴细胞与血清，应用流式细胞仪和ELISA测定，观察患者治疗前后和正常对照组各指标的变化情况。结果：与正常对照组相比，病例组治疗前IL-2，sIL-2R，CD4^＋T，CD4^＋T／CD8^＋T含量升高（P〈0．05），CD8^＋T，mIL-2R表达下降（P〈0．05）；治疗后，IL-2，sIL-R，CD4^＋T，CD4^＋T／CD8^＋T含量降低（P〈0．05），CD87T，mIL-2R表达升高（P〈0．05）。结论：黄芪注射液是治疗进行期银屑病的一个有效药物，它的治疗作用可能是通过调节细胞因子的表达，抑制T淋巴细胞而实现的。
Objective：To study the mechanism of Astragulus injection on treating psoriasis. Methods：Twenty patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris were treated with Astragulus injection. By flow cytometry and enzyme linke immunosorbent assay（ELISA） ,the changes of T-lymphocytes subsets and cytokines in peripheral blood from 20 patients with psoriasis and 10 normal control were detected. Results ：The number of CD4^＋T ,CD4^＋T/CD8^＋T ,1L-2 ,sIL-2R in patients increased signifficantly and the expression of mIL-2R and CD8^＋T decreased signifficantly than those of normal controls. Compared with untreated patients group,the number of CD4^＋T,CD4^＋T/CD8^＋T, IL-2 ,sIL-2R in patients treated with Astragulus injection decreased signifficantly and the expression of mIL-2R and CD8^＋T increased signifficantly. Conclusion ： Astragutus injection is effective in the treatment of acute psoriasis vulgaris. Its mechanism treating psoriasis might be regulation of cytokines and suppression of T-lymphocytes.
