摘要
以拖拉机后桥半轴法兰盘一火摆动辗压成形新工艺为研究对象,建立了三维刚粘塑性有限元模型,运用金属成形有限元分析软件Deform-3D对坯料成形过程及工件在加工过程中热能传递和散失进行了模拟分析。通过对工件在各变形阶段应力、应变及应变速率分布的分析,初步探讨了一火摆动辗压的成形规律及在仅加热一次的情况下温度场变化对金属成形效果的影响。温度场模拟结果表明:在法兰盘锻造成形过程中没有出现加工硬化等现象。
The moulding new process of rotary forging in one heat of ring flange in rear tractor-semiaxis was studied and a tri-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element model was built. The moulding process of blank as well as heat transfer and dissipation of workpiece in process were simulated and analyzed by Deform-3D. The stress, strain and strain's distribution in different transmuted stages of the workpiece were analyzed, the moulding rules of rotary forging in one heat and the effects on mental form due to changing of temperature field in one heat were discussed. The results of the tem- perature field simulation show that there are no hardening and other conditions during the flange forging process.
