介绍了汽车半轴摆辗工艺原理、特点,并与传统胎模锻工艺在生产流程、生产成本、劳动强度、工件质量、生产效率以及工作环境方面进行了比较。
The principles and features of new rotory rolling technology for auto semi-axle were introduced, and a comparison with the mold forge technology on the aspects such as the production process and cost,the labour intensity,the quality of parts,the production efficiency and the working environment was made.
