摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法，选用磺胺甲基异恶唑为内标物，氨苄西林、氯唑西钠林在１０～１００ｍｇ／Ｌ的浓度范围内，线性关系良好。相关系数分别为０９９９８、０９９９６（ｎ＝６），平均回收率分别为９８２（Ｒｓ＝１６１％，ｎ＝６）；９９２（Ｒｓ＝１２８％，ｎ＝６），该方法简单易行，重现性好，准确度高。
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method was used for the quantitative determination of ampicillin and cloxacillin sodium.Sulfamethoxazole was used as the internal standard.The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 10～100 mg/L and the average recoveries of ampicillin and cloxacillin sodium were 982%(Rs=161%,n=6) and 992%(Rs=128%,n=6) respectively.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
