摘要
目的 研究氨苄西林钠与对硝基苯酚形成电荷转移化合物的表观百分吸收系数、形成比及不经分离测定注射用氨氯青霉素钠中氨苄西林钠的含量的方法。方法 电荷转移分光光度法。结果 电荷转移化合物的表观百分吸收系数为 10 6 .0±4 .6 ;形成比为 1∶2 ;不经分离测定氨苄西林钠的线性范围是 0~ 4 0 μg/mL ,回收率 10 1.2 % ,RSD2 .8%。 结论 方法简单、快速、灵敏 ,可用于注射用氨氯青霉素钠中氨苄西林钠含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To study the specific absorptivity and the formation ratio of ampicillinum natricum and p nitrophenol charge transfer compound. To determine ampicillinum natricum in injection ampicillinum natricum and cloxacillinum natricum composita. METHOD Charge transfer spectrophotometry.RESULTS The specific absorptivity of charge transfer compound was 106.0±4.6, the formation ratio was 1∶2(ampicillinum : p nitrophenol), the linear range and the recovery of ampicillinum natricum were 0~40μg/mL and 101.2%(RSD=2.8%) respectively. CONCLUSION As a precise, accurate, simple and speedy method, it could be applied to the determination of ampicillinum natricum in injection ampicillinum natricum and cloxacillinum natricum composita.
