摘要
以石杉碱甲为模型药物,制备了注射用生物降解缓释微球。对比研究了o/w型和o/o型乳化-液中干燥法制得微球的形态、粒径和药物体内外释药情况。结果表明,o/o型乳化-液中干燥法更适用于制备石杉碱甲缓释微球注射剂。
The biodegradable sustained-release microspheres loaded with huperzine A for injection were prepared by o/w and o/o emulsion in-liquid drying process, respectively. The physicochemical properties of huperzine A-PLGA microspheres prepared by two methods were comparatively studied in terms of the morphology, particle size and the distribution, as well as the in vivo and in vitro drug release behavior. The results showed that the method of o/o emulsion in-liquid drying process had the advantage in preparing of injectable huperzine A microspheres.
