摘要
目的 :制备石杉碱甲缓释片 ,并评价其释药特性。方法 :以高分子材料作为阻滞剂 ,设计处方制备缓释片 ,并测定其体外释放度。结果 :制备的石杉碱甲缓释片 1 h内释药达 32 % ,1 2 h内释药达 86 %以上 ,具有较好的释药性能。结论 :该制剂体外释药行为符合 Higuchi方程 ,符合水凝胶骨架释放机理 。
Objective:To prepare sustained release huperzine A tablet and evaluate its of drug release property.Methods:The formulation were designed with different ratio.and their release tested respectively.Result:The sustained release huperzine A tablet showed a good release of 32% in the first hour and 86% in twelve hours.Conclusion:The behavior of the tablets followes higuchi kinetics and mechanism of the gel matrix.
