摘要
扩增片段长度多态性(AFLP)是建立在PCR和RFLP技术基础上的一项新的DNA指纹技术,可广泛应用于种系鉴定、遗传多样性检测、群体分类研究、构建遗传图谱、标定目的基因等方面。本文结合AFLP的最新发展,对该项技术的原理、特点、分析流程、优越性进行了概述,提出了AFLP分析中应注意的问题,并探讨了该技术的应用前景。
? Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms (AFLP), a newly devoloped technique for DNA fingerprinting, is based on PCR and RFLP technique. It can be used extensively for genome analysis, such as genetic characterization of breeds and populations, detection of genetic diversity, population analysis, construction of genetic map, identification of markers linked to target gene. Combined with the last devolopment of AFLP technique, its principle,analytical procedure, technique character and virtues are reviewed in this paper. Points for attention in AFLP analysis are also proposed, In addition, the application perspective of this technique is discussed.
