摘要
粮食大省(主产区)是我国粮食生产的主体和商品粮的主要来源地,肩负着确保国家粮食安全、维护社会稳定的重任。本文从生产环节、流通环节和消费环节设计了一套评价粮食大省保障粮食安全的指标体系,并对各指标进行量化分析,使用百分制来表示粮食大省对国家粮食安全贡献度的大小并划分了具体等级。
The great grain-producing provinces(the main producing areas) are the main body of grain production and the main source of marketable grain,and it shoulders the responsibility of ensuring national food security and maintaining social stability.Against this background,it is very necessary and urgent to assess and quantify the contribution of the great grain-producing provinces to national food security.The papers designed an index system to evaluate the contribution of the great grain-producing provinces from the production,distribution and consumption,and used the AHP to determine target weight of index system,and quantitative analyzed all indicators.Then we used the percentage and grade to express contribution.It will provide a theoretical basis and policy recommendations for strengthening macro-control and food policies for the great grain-producing province.
