摘要
利用自行研制的有3个反射体的全反射X射线荧光分析仪,以Se作内标,同时测定天然水中的痕量Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb、Rb和Sr。对纳克级元素,方法的检出限为10-10~10-11g,水样分析结果与无火焰原子吸收法和ICPMS法相符,精密度好,对纳克级痕量元素测定的RSD(n=5)小于72%。
A method for the determination of trace Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, Rb and Sr in natural water samples was developed by home-made total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometer equipped with three reflectors. Se was used as an internal standard and detection limits for these elements are 10-10~10-11 g. The method has been applied to the determination of these trace elements in natrueal water samples. The results are in good agreement with those provided by GFAAS and ICPMS. The precision are better than 7.2% RSD( n =5).
