摘要
农产品是新疆优势突出、特色鲜明、市场前景广阔的优势高效产业,但从农业产业化的角度分析,其发展还存在一些亟待解决的问题。主要体现在:农产品附加值低,综合利用率不高;加工企业规模化较低;科研力量相对薄弱等。作者立足新疆实际,分析了新疆特色农产品加工业发展中存在的主要问题,阐述了新疆特色农产品加工业产业化发展的对策。为实现新疆特色农产品加工业从资源优势向经济优势转化提出了建议。
The agrieuhural product is the superiority prominent, bright and efficient industry in Xinjiang. However, from the perspective of the industrialization of agriculture analysis, there are still some issues to be resolved. The added value and the rate of the comprehensive of agricultural product are lower; the strength of the scientific research is relatively weak, and so on. In this paper, the main problems in the development of distinctive products in Xinjiang were analyzed. Some countermeasures which promote its development were expounded. The author has put forward the proposals in order to have the Xinjiang characteristic resources transformate from the resources superiority to the favorable economic conditions.
