摘要 目的探讨杜仲叶浸膏粉的抗衰老作用。方法将65只BALB/c小鼠随机分为5组,即两个对照组、两个实验组和模型组,两个对照组分别灌胃给予生理盐水和何首乌煎剂4 g/kg,两个实验组分别给予杜仲叶浸膏粉3 g/kg和1.5 g/kg,模型组给予生理盐水。除生理盐水对照组注射生理盐水外,其余各组小鼠每日皮下注射5%D-半乳糖0.5 ml以建立亚急性衰老小鼠模型。以分光光度法测定MAO-B活力、邻苯三酚法测定SOD活力、巴比妥酸比色法检测MDA含量、荧光法检测LF含量,采用刘景田法测RCR和RICR。结果口服杜仲叶浸膏粉可以降低亚急性衰老小鼠脑MAO-B活力,提高肝SOD活力,降低肝MDA和LF含量,提高RCR和RICR。结论杜仲叶浸膏粉具有抗衰老作用。 Objective To investigate the antiaging effect of extraetum of the leaf of Eucommia ulmoides oliv. (DELE). Methods 65 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, including 2 control groups with physiologic saline and Radix polygoni multiflori (RPM), respectively, 2 experimental groups with DELE 1.5kg/kg and 3g/kg, respectively and model group with physiologic saline. Subacute aging animals were made with hypodermic of D-galactose for 45 days. The activity of MAO-B was measured with spectrophotometer, MDA with TBA-colorimeter and LF wih fluorometry. Effects of DELE on RCR and RICR were observed. Result The activity of MAO-B in brains in subacute aging mice was inhibited, the activity of SOD in liver was improved, the content of MDA and LF in liver declined, and the RCR and RICR were promoted by DELE. Conclusion The study suggested that DELE had antiaging effects.
