摘要
根据制动盘受力以及裂纹沿径向扩展的特点制取试样,采用3点弯曲/多试样法确定了制动盘材料的断裂韧度KIC。试验表明在常温(20℃)和低温(-40℃)情况下制动盘材料的断裂韧度KIC值为63 MPa.m1/2,说明制动盘材料在较大的温度范围内具有一致的断裂韧度。试验结果可用于制动盘寿命评估。
The test sample has been made according to braking disc and the characteristics of cracks along the radial expansion, and the fracture toughness of brake disc material has been studied with SE (B) /multiple - sample method in the paper. The researeh show that the value of the fracture toughness K1c for the new alloy steel is63 MPa.m^1/2 (20 or -40℃ ), which shows there is a constant value in the great range for the K1c.The parameter can be used for evaluation of brake disc life.
