摘要
通过严格控制有害物质成分、优化锻造与热处理工艺制备,由机械性能、冲击韧性和疲劳性能试验及金相观察验证了高纯净锻钢材料优良的性能,满足了高速列车制动盘的要求。
The material is fabricated under strict control of chemical composition and with optimized forging and heattreatment technologies. A series of tests, including the tests of monotonic mechanical, impact and fatigue properties, and metallurgical observations, are performed to inspect the material. The results reveal that it can meet the requirements of the brake disk function.
