摘要
研究了一种新的乙醇脱氢制乙酸乙酯催化剂。研究表明,用无水乙醇和含水5%的工业乙醇为原料时的结果基本一致,即乙醇单程转化率约60%(mass),乙酸乙酯收率约50%(mass)。较之以往的催化剂更具有工业开发前景。
A study is carried out on a mixed Cu-Zn-Al oxide catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethanol to ethyl acetate. This newly developed catalyst is suitable for dehydrogenation of either anhydrous ethanol or technicalgrade ethanol of 5% H_2O, which about 60%(mass)and a yield of ethyl acetate about 50%(mass), indicating that the catalyst is advantageous over existing catalysts in industrial development.
