摘要
乙醚是一种使用广泛的化工产品。现在工业上绝大多数采用乙醇在液体硫酸作用下生产,主要缺点是严重腐蚀设备,反应釜既使采用铅衬里使用3—6个月仍需检修或换铅衬里,不但劳动强度大、造价高,而且产品的酸度高,必须经碱中和才能达到酸度合格的产品。采用固体酸催化剂既克服了对设备的腐蚀,又省去碱中和工序,而且将釜式反应器改为固定床连续反应,操作简单。
Solid acid catalysts for ethanol dehydration to ethyl ether without causingcorrosion and pollution have been studied.Reaction temperatures and space veloc-ity were 165—180℃ and 1.0h^(-1) respectively.Conversion selectivity and stability ofcatalyst were 80%,98%and two months respectively.Catalyst regenerative prop-erties is satisfactory.
