摘要
采用3mGDX101色谱柱,能在20min内将乙醇脱氢制乙酸乙酯反应尾气中的微量组份甲烷、乙烯、乙烷、乙醛、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、丁酮、乙酸乙酯完全分离。用碳数规律求得的校正因子进行归一化法,求得相对百分含量。由于尾气中含有大量的氢气,先用外标法求出甲烷的含量,再与归一化法相结合。求出其它组份的含量。
ethane, ethylene, ethane, acetaldehyde,ethanol, acetone, ethyl ether, butanone andethyl acetate in ethyl acetate reaction fail gas from ethanol dehydrogenation.were separatedin 20 minutes on a 3m chromatographic column packed with GDX 101. Relative concentrations were obtained through peak area normalization, using correction factors calculatedaccording to the carbon number rule. The absolute concentration of methane was obtainedthrough cbmparison with standard materials.Fromthis,the absolute concentrations of othercomponents were calculated.
