摘要
从理论上阐明了计量置换平衡常数的对数logK.对液相色谱(LC)中计量置换保留模型的线性参数logI起着主导作用。logI表示溶质对固定相的亲合势,且具有热力学平衡常数的性质。指出logI作为LC中对非极性小分子溶质、固定相和流动相性质的表征参数的可能性,并用非极性小分子溶质对上述的预计进行了检验,符合程度甚佳。还发现logI与绝对温度倒数有线性关系。
It is theoretically elucidated that the logarithm of stoichiometric displacement equilibrium constant, logKa dominates the linear parameter logI of the stoichiometric displacement model for retention in liquid chromatography. The parameter logI denotes the affinity of solute to stationary phase and has the character of a thermodynamic equilibrium constant. This expectation was confirmed with the experiment from some of systems of non-polar small solutes in reversed phase liquid chromatography(RPLC). It was found that the logI might be used for the characterization for the characters of solute, mobile, and stationary phases in RPLC. A good linear relationship between logI and l/T (T, absolute temperature) was also tested with experiment.
