摘要
应用反相离子对色谱技术测定了４４种有机芳香酸、芳香碱的保留值；对含甲基、硝基、羟基和氨基的２６种苯环取代物的色谱行为按分配系数进行了回归、分析，得出了７个回归方程，相关性较好。对甲基、硝基、羟基等进行了分类处理，得出影响保留行为的主要因素是分配系数与内、外氢键作用力的结论。
his paper has
determined the retention values of 44 kinds of aromatic acids and aromatic alkalis by means of
reversed phase ion pair chromatographic technique,then,according to the distribution
coefficient,made regression analysis to the chromatographic behavior of 27 kinds of benzene
ring substitution compounds including methyl,nitro-,hy droxyl and amino groups.The result
shown that the main factor that affects the retention behavior is the distribution coefficient and
in side or outer hydrogen bonding force.
