摘要
随着高校功能的扩展,高校教师一方面教学工作量不断增加,另一方面科研工作量又不断强化。在这种形势下,广泛应用研究性教学模式既有利于教学工作的开展,加强学生研究能力的培养,又有利于教师将教学工作和科研工作结合起来,优化时间和精力的分配。
With the expansion of university functions, university teachers' workload is increasing; on the other hand teachers' scientific research work has been strengthened. An efficient device to optimize the rational allocation of teachers' time and energy is the application of Study-Teaching Mode. The mode would benefit the development of teaching work and improve students' research capabilities. At the same time this mode provides feasibility for teachers to combine their teaching and scientific research together.
