摘要
为了使弹簧触头结构的设计制造更加标准和规范,笔者对近两年来弹簧触头在使用中出现的接触电阻波动等问题的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的结构设计方法,对钴铜丝和铍青铜的材质性能进行了比对和分析,并给出了弹簧触头设计的规范化方案,对GCB/GIS的设计、制造、运行维护有一定的指导意义。
To make the design and manufacture of the spring contact more standardized, the authors analyzes the causes of such problem as contact resistance fluctuation of the spring contact in use, and proposes a corresponding structure design method of spring contact. Comparison and analysis are performed for the properties of cobalt bronze and beryllium bronze, and a standardized design scheme of spring contact is presented, in order to support the design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of GCB/GIS.
