摘要
接触电阻是衡量电接触系统可靠性的重要指标,接触电阻增大是导致隔离开关发热故障的主要原因。笔者结合GN30-10Q隔离开关的结构特点,研究该型号隔离开关运行时动静触头的受力情况;根据电接触理论,求解出该类型隔离开关接触电阻的工程计算值。计算结果真实可信,对处理隔离开关发热故障具有一定的指导意义。
Contact resistance is a fundamental index in evaluating reliability of electrical contact system. Increase in contact resistance is the main factor inducing disconnector overheat faults. In this paper, the forces on moving and static contacts of a GN30-10Q disconnector in operation are analyzed according to its structure, and the engineering value of contact resistance is calculated based on the theory of electrical contact for dealing with disconnector overheat faults.
