摘要
为解决高压隔离开关运行中出现的导电回路过热问题,结合一起红外测温发现的G4型隔离开关发热缺陷,从运行环境、开关结构及运行维护等方面进行分析,认为隔离开关在雨雾侵蚀下触指弹簧发生腐蚀致其性能下降,触指弹簧长期处于受拉状态致其触指接触压力下降、接触电阻上升是引起过热的根本原因,提出选用触指弹簧为优质不锈钢材料、结构为内藏外压式的隔离开关,以及加强安装监管和运行维护等方面的处理建议。
In order to cope with overheat of conducting loop during the operation of high-voltage disconnector, the paper, in combination with a founded heat defect of G4 disconnector by infrared temperature measurement, analyzes in terms of operating environment, disconnector structure and operation and maintenance; it is believed that performance reduction of touch spring caused by corrosion of rain and fog, kiss pressure reduction by long-time tension and increase of contact resistance are fundamental reasons. The paper suggests selecting stainless steel spring and internally-embedded external pressure disconnector and strengthening supervision and operation and maintenance.
