摘要
作为决定断路器性能的关键部件之一,弹簧操动机构性能的优劣将直接对断路器的技术性能产生非常重大的影响。笔者基于ANSYS商用有限元软件,建立了拉伸弹簧的有限元模型,对高压断路器中螺旋拉伸保持弹簧在冲击载荷下的应力分布进行了计算。通过仿真,求得了断路器保持弹簧在冲击载荷作用下应力分布情况,计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。另外,笔者还对断路器保持弹簧的疲劳强度问题进行了研究,分析结果对于今后断路器弹簧操动机构的设计和维护有一定的参考价值。
Spring actuators are one of the key parts in circuit breakers. Their functions directly affect the performances of circuit breakers. A finite element model of the spring is established with ANSYS software in this paper, and the stress distribution induced by impact load in the keeping-spring of a spring actuator is analyzed based on the finite element model. The simulation results agree well with the practical situation. In addition, the fatigue of the keeping-spring is investigated. The analyzing method and results can be applied to the design and maintenance of spring actuators in circuit breakers.
