摘要
根据不等高变刚度弹簧组的运用特点,提出采用“当量挠度法”对变刚度弹簧组进行疲劳强度设计的方法。利用弹簧的运用实践和相关标准,提出确定弹簧疲劳性能参数的经验方法,以两种货车转向架变刚度弹簧组为例,进行理论分析和试验验证。研究表明,文中提出的设计方法具有很好的可行性。
Based on the operating condition of alter-rigidity coil spring set, an "equivalent flexibility method" is introduced to make fatigue design on the alter-rigidity coil spring set. According to the operating practice and relative standard of the spring, an experiential method for the fatigue behavior parameters of the spring is put forward. The two types of alter-rigidity coil spring set of freight car are analyzed, and the theoretical results are validated by experiment, The results shows that the design method presented is feasihle.
