摘要
淮安作为"运河之都",其文化内涵包括"运河水利文化、漕运文化、城市商业文化、榷关文化"等,其特征包含"沟通交流、开放包容"等。对这些文化内涵的阐释及其特征形成过程的探讨,将有利于促进淮安的文化建设和经济发展。
As a capital canal, Huai＇an has profound cultural connotation which includes culture of canal water conservation, culture of water transport, culture of city commercial industry, etc. which have the characteristics of communication and being open and inclusive. This paper expounds the cultural connotation of the canal and explores the source of its characteristics, which will help to enhance the cultural construction and economic development in Huai＇an area.
