摘要
历史上运河的通塞与淮安城市的兴衰密切相关。运河与淮安组成了一个相互依托的系统,运河支持了淮安城市的发展与繁荣,而城市本身也是运河畅通的前提,二者共荣共存。
There＇s a close relationship between the canal -Cypriot and the rise or decline of Huai＇an city. Canal and Huai＇an compose a mutual support system in which the City is.the prerequisite for the existence and developmerit of the Canal, and the Canal has brought to the Huaihn city the development and prosperity. There are coexistence and common prosperity about the Canal and the City.
