摘要
文章基于台车试验的基础上,对翻卷管吸能结构进行了比较详细的试验研究。试验结果表明:翻卷管的吸能曲线非常平稳,是一种非常好的汽车吸能部件。动态冲击时压力值比准静态时要高,并且冲击速度越高,承载能力越强;制造工艺对翻卷管碰撞性能有一定影响。
Based on sled test, test research of wrap tube absorb energy system is carried out. The test result shows this absorb energy system is very stable as good passenger car front parts, dynamic performance is better than quasi static status, and the higher the impact speed, the higher the load ability. Manufacture process has influence on the collision performance of wrap tube.
