摘要
基于LS DYNA软件,分析了汽车保险杠建模过程中的关键影响因素,包括网格密度、时间步长、焊点布置和摩擦系数。建立了汽车保险杠的有限元模型并进行了汽车正面碰撞的仿真。通过采用增大壁厚和添加内部加强件,优化了保险杠的吸能能力,对保险杠的防撞设计和整车模型的建立和仿真具有参考意义。
Based on LS - DYNA, key points for simulation of bumper are analyzed and the CAE model is performed. The simulation results of original component and the improved one are compared, and they are helpful for optimization of the bumper anti-collision safety design, with subservient effect for vehicle simulation.
