摘要
将翻管中的各种失效归纳为七种失稳型式、分析了失稳机理和失稳模式相互转化的条件、翻管失稳的影响因素及防止措施;提出了便于翻管工程计算中几种临界失稳力的计算式;论述了翻管失稳过程中,失稳可能从临界失稳力较低模式转化为失稳力较高的失稳模式这一反常现象出现的原因。
he failure modes during tube inversion can be summed up to seven types. The failuremechanism and the transformation conditions of the failure modes are analvzed.The factorsaffecting the inversion failure and measures to prevent it are discussed.Several calculating formulae for critical failure force are proposed for engineering purposes. The reason why an abnormal phenomenon may occur when a failure mode is converted from orie with a small critical force into one with a great critical force is also discussed.It has been proved by ex-periment that the critical failure force is in a linear relation viith a mean failure force.
