摘要
采用由上海公谊兽药厂生产的伊维菌素注射液(维力加,本品1mL含伊维菌素10mg),通过随机分组,比较了常规剂量、一倍剂量、二倍剂量、三倍剂量的驱虫效果及对羊的副作用。结果显示,"维力加"对奥斯特线虫、细颈线虫、夏伯特线虫的驱虫率均为100%,对毛圆线虫的驱虫率为85.6%,对毛首线虫的成虫及幼虫的驱虫率分别为80.0%与100%,对网尾科的成虫及幼虫为100%与93.3%,对主要线虫成虫及其寄生阶段幼虫的总计驱虫率为96.6%和96.7%,试验过程中均未出现任何异常现象。可见,伊维菌素注射液"维力加"对各类线虫的驱虫效果显著,使用方便,是值得推广的驱虫药物。
To investigate the anthelminthic effect and side- effect of Invica injection （containing 10mg Ivermectin at lmL dose）, 30 sheep infected with parasites were injected with different dosages of Ivermectin, including normal dosage, double, triple or quadruple dosages. The results showed that Osteragia, Nernatodirus, Chabertia, Trichuris （larva） and Dictyocaulidae （adult） were highly sensitive to Invica injection, and the deworming rate for them was 100%. And it was 85. 6% in Trichostrongylus, 80% in Trichuris （adult） or 93% in Dictyocaulidae （larva）. However, the total deworming rates for adult and larva of Nematode were 96. 6% and 96. 7% respectively, which had no remarkable difference. In the experimental sheep, no abnormal effects appeared. With a significant anthelminthic effect on different Nematoda, Ivica injection was easy to use and preferred to being popularized in sheep.
