摘要
培养医师的人文素养非常重要,包括在理念层面培养人文精神和在实践层面培训人文医学技能。中国医师协会建立了"中国医师人文医学执业技能培训体系",内容主要包括:医师的专业精神,医学道德,和谐医患沟通模式,与病人建立关系的技能,对病人解释病情、共同制定治疗计划的技能,向病人通告坏消息的艺术等。经培训后的医师可参加中国医师人文医学执业技能的全国统一考试,考试合格者取得"人文医学执业技能资格证书"。
It is very important to train doctor＇s humanistic quality. It includes the medical humanistic cultivation the spirit at the conceptual level, and the medical skills training in the practical. The doctors in our hospital take advantage of the ＂Chinese Social Psychological Skills Training System for Medical Doctor＂, which is established by Chinese Medical Doctors As soeiation, to train the medical skills of doctors in the humanities. The contents should include a doctor＇s professionalism, medical ethics, harmonious doctor-patient communication patterns, the skills of establishing the relationship with the patients, information gathering, explaining the problem and agreeing on a plan, an art of informing the patients of the bad news and so on. After training, physicians may participate in a unified national examination,on a doctor of Chinese medicine practice of humanistic skills. Those who can pass the exam will be presented with ＂Professional Qualification Certificates for Medical Doctor China＂ by the Chinese Medical Association.
