摘要
对保加利亚乳杆菌进行硫酸二乙酯(DES)诱变,应用正交试验得到DES法诱变的最佳条件为:菌液浓度为107个/mL,DES剂量为0.8%,诱变时间为30min,诱变温度为37℃。应用青霉素对突变菌株进行筛选,最终得到37℃培养时产乳酸量与出发菌株一样,10℃贮藏时,突变菌株产乳酸量明显减少的菌株N01#。
Diethyl sulfate (DES) were used to mutate Lactobacillus bulgaricus, the best conditions were got: 10^7 entries/mL of bacterium fluid concentration , dose of DES 0.8 % , mutation time 30 minutes, mutation temperature 37℃with orthogonal test method. To filter the mutation strain with Penicillin ,obtain a new strain NO1 which acid-produced as original strain at 37 ℃, and scid-produced decrease obviously than original strain at 10℃.
