银屑病患者皮损和血清中血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1的表达分析

摘要 研究证实多种细胞黏附分子在银屑病的发病中起作用。白细胞与血管内皮细胞通过黏附分子相互作用,经过滚动,黏附和跨膜迁移向病灶部位趋化游走的过程中,不同阶段所涉及的黏附分子不尽相同,其中中性粒细胞穿越血管内皮细胞到达血管外炎症部位这一跨膜迁移过程是由PECAM-1特异性调控的。PECAM-1即血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1,又名CD31,是相对分子质量为130000的糖蛋白,属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员,常被用来作为血管内皮细胞的特异性标记物。我们采用免疫组化和ELISA方法研究PECAM-1在银屑病患者皮损及血清中的表达情况,探讨PECAM-1与银屑病发病关系。
