摘要
由于青壮年劳动力大量外流而导致的"空壳村"普遍存在着"性失衡"问题。从公共健康的角度看,空壳村"性失衡"现象的本质在于个体对"性释放"的追求而危害了乡村的公共健康,或曰"公共之善"。空壳村性失衡问题既有当地经济发展落后等方面的原因,也与村民错误的性观念等不无关系。广大农村,尤其是空壳村普遍存在着的性失衡问题,已严重影响了农村和谐社区的构建。空壳村的和谐治理需要从以发展促和谐、树立正确的性观念和促进农村留守妇女自组织建设等方面加以理性解决。
Because of most strong young men going out to work in cities, the villages with women, old people and children left are troubled by the problem of sex-imbalance. According to the theory of public health, the essence of this phenomenon is that the action of people pursuing his or her sex-release harm the public health of the villages, or the public goodness. The reasons are the laggard development of economic and people＇s wrong view on sex. The problem of sex-imbalance is popular in villages, especially, in villages with few strong young men, and has effected the construction of rural harmonious community. The measures of harmonious governance of villages with few strong young men consist of advancing harmonious with development, fostering right view on sex and developing the self-organization of rural remaining women and so on.
