摘要
本文采用流动注射分析,用亚硝基铁氰化钠的碱性缓冲液(pH=12)为显色剂,测定乙酰半胱氨酸的含量。乙酰半胱氨酸在浓度40~200×10 ̄(-6)g/ml内线性方程为Y=5.17×10 ̄4x-1.8×10 ̄6(r=0.9991);样品测定平均回收率为99.14%(RSD=1.3%,n=5)。本法具有分析速度快(180次/h)、选择性好等优点,适用于大批量样品的分析和生产监测。
A new method was introduced for determination of N-Acetyl-L-cysteine with sodi-um nitroproussde in the buffer solution(pH=12)by flow injection analysis. The calibration graphfor N-acetyl-L-cysteine is linear from 40× 10 ̄(-6) to 200 × 10 ̄(-6)g/ml(Y=5. 17 × 10 ̄4X-1.8 × 10 ̄6,r=0. 9991,n=5). The rate of recovery was 99. 14%(RSD=1.3%,n=5). The method with higherspeed(180times/h)and bettter selection is suitable for determination of large samples and produc-tion control.
