摘要 基于维生素B1将Fe(Ⅲ)还原生成Fe(Ⅱ),Fe(Ⅱ)与邻菲啰啉形成桔红色络合物,建立络合反应分光光度法测定VB1的新方法.线性回归方程A=0.012 9C+0.022 7,相关系数r=0.9988,维生素B1的含量在0~60.0μg.mL-1范围内服从比尔定律,检测限为0.36μg.mL-1,回收率在94.5%~99.5%之间.用该法对VB1片剂和针剂进行测定,并与药典标准方法测得值比较,结果满意. A simple and sensitive method for the spectrophotometric determination of vitamin B1 is described based on the redox-complexation reaction between Fe (Ⅲ) and vitamin Bl. The resulting Fe (Ⅱ) reacts with phenanthroline to form the orange-red coloured ferrionchelate complex. The equation A=0.012 9C + 0.022 7 and its relative coefficient r is 0.998 8. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-60.0 μg· mL^-1 of VB1. The detection limit of 0.36 μg·mL^-1 and recovery is between 94.5% and 99.5%. The method has been used to determine VB1 in tablets and injection with satisfactory effects compared with pharmacopoeia method.
