摘要
材料是组成机床产品的基本要素,因而材料的各种特性和缺陷对机床产品的质量和可靠性影响巨大。本文首先对机床产品制造过程中所涉及的各种材料进行了分类,然后详细分析了材料在机床生产过程的各个环节(包括生产工艺、选材、检验、贮存和使用等环节)中可能出现的影响其质量的缺陷,以及这些缺陷对机床零部件或整机质量和可靠性的影响,为后续的可靠性工程材料因素控制奠定基础。
