摘要
通过对梳棉机生条取样测试生条短绒率及棉结粒数的实践，用正变试验设计法对影响梳棉生条短绒率及棉结粒数的重要工艺参数进行合理优化组合，对试验结果进行极差分析，找出有关主次因素，得到兼顾短绒、棉结指标的若干合理的工艺方案，为进一步改进梳棉机工艺提供了重要依据。
After the tesing of the precentage of short fibres and number of cotton neps of raw fibres in carding,the important technological parameters affecting the percentage of short fibres and number of cotton neps were optimized and combined reasonably by orthogonal design,and the range analysis was carried on the test results.
