摘要
为了探讨进口美棉、印度棉的特性,测试了美棉A、美棉C以及印度棉的物理性能指标,认为印度棉的综合物理性能最好,其次是美棉A,而美棉C最差。通过单唛试纺普梳纱和精梳纱,并测试棉卷、生条、精梳条、头并、末并、粗纱的棉结和短绒率以及成纱的条干CV、粗节、细节、棉结、断裂强力、断裂伸长率等性能指标,认为无论是普梳纱还是精梳纱,印度棉纺出的成纱质量都要好于美棉,且美棉A又好于美棉C,纱线质量是原棉性能的综合反映。
To discuss American cotton and Indian cotton property,physical property indexes of American cotton A, American cotton C and Indian cotton were tested. It is considered that comprehensive physical property of Indian cotton is best,American cotton A is better,American cotton C is the worst. Through spinning practice of single batch common carded yarn and combed yarn ,testing neps and short fibre content in lap, carded slivery, combed slivery, breaker drawing,finishing drawing,roving and finish yarn evenness CV,thiek places and thin places, neps ,breaking strength,breaking elongation rate et al it is considered that neither common carded yarn or combed yarn, quality of yarn spun by Indian cot- ton is better than those of American cotton. Quality of yarn spun by American cotton A is better than that of American cotton C. Yarn quality is compensative reflection of raw cotton property.
