摘要
探讨印度棉配用比例超过40%时的质量控制要点。针对印度皮辊棉品质一致性差,危害性杂物较多的特点,在保证准确检验、逐包分级、逐包检查的基础上,进一步优化配棉和各工序纺纱工艺,在清梳联流程中加装异性纤维清除装置,改善细纱胶辊抗缠绕性能以及加强温湿度管理,最终使得印度棉配用比例超过40%时的成纱质量稳定,达到了提高产品质量和降低生产成本的目的。
Quality control key points in spinning were discussed when Indian cotton proportion is more than 40%. According to Indian cotton characteristics, such as worse quality uniformity and more harmful impurity, on the base of ac- curate inspection,classification and inspection packet-by-packet,processing in each spinning was optimized further,for- eign fiber cleaning device was installed in blowing-carding process, problem of fiber winding rubber-covered roll and management of temperature ＆ humidity were improved. Finally the yarn quality can be ensured when Indian cotton pro- portion is more than 40% ,aims of increasing yarn quality and reducing production cost can be reached.
