摘要
通过试纺,结合各工序特征,对影响棉结和短绒的因素进行了分析,在此基础上提出了控制措施,找出了优化解决方案,降低了生产成本,提高了成纱质量.
This paper analyzes some factors affecting nep and fluff through experiment and combining witch each process feature,and puts forward control measurement,finds out optimum settle-plan,therefore the cost is reduced and quality is improved.
