摘要
多重PCR技术是近几年兴起的一项新技术,具有高效快捷、高度特异敏感、实验成本低等优点,能够同时扩增出多个核酸片段,具有普通PCR方法不可比拟的优越性。文章主要论述了多重PCR技术的影响因素、条件优化以及多重PCR技术在动物病毒病原体、细菌病原体、动物产品及寄生虫和微生物耐药性等方面的检测应用,指出当前应用PCR技术对动物疫病病原诊断中存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的方法。
Multiplex PCR is a newly developed technology, which has many advantages such as high efficiency and rapidness, specificity and sensitiveness, and lower cost, and so on. It can simultaneously amplify several nuclear acid fragments in the same reaction, and is more advanced than common PCR method. In the article, the effecting factors and optimization of multiplex PCR were summarized, and the detecting application of multiplex PCR on the virus and bacterial pathogens of animals, animal products and parasites, and antibiotic resistance of microorganism were discussed in details. The existing problems in pathogen diagnosis of animal diseases by multiplex PCR were put forward and the resolving methods were proposed.
