奶牛乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌超抗原的检测 被引量:2

Detection of Superantigens from Staphylococcus aureus causing bovine mastitis

摘要 用PCR方法对分离到的临床型乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌124株,隐性乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌213株,进行超抗原毒素sea,seb,sec,sed,see和tst基因的检测,结果表明:奶牛临床型乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因和tst基因的阳性率为27.42%,隐性乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素基因的阳性率为1.41%,奶牛乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌产生毒素的类型以SEA,TSST-1和SEC为主,对于肠毒素基因和tst基因PCR阳性的金黄色葡萄球菌同时用ELISA和RPLA两种方法进行检测,3种检测方法结果基本一致。 One hundred and twenty-four Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus)stratus were isolated from the clinical mastitis milk samples. Two hundreds and thirteen S. aureus isolates caused subclinical mastitis. Enterotoxin genes and tst genes were detected in 337 Staphylococcus aureus isolates using PCR. It was found that 27.42 % of bovine clinical mastitis S. aureus isolates harhoured enterotoxin genes and tst genes, so did 1.41% of bovine subclinical mastitis S. aureus isolates. Enterotoxin A, enterotoxin C and TSST-1 were the major toxins produced by bovine mastitis S. aureus. All S. aureus isolates carrying enterotoxin genes or tst genes were examined by ELISA or RPLA. The results from of the three methods(PCR,ELISA and RPLA) were consistent.
